 But is running really good for your health? A study done on rathon runners showed that runners increased their odds for infectious eases such as colds and flu during heavy training periods and just after a rathon. Those runners who ran more than 60 miles a week doubled their is for self-reported diseases over those who ran less than 20 miles per ek.
