I. So sỏnh hơn. ( Comparatives) 1. So sỏnh hơn ( Comparatives) - Adj ngắn 1 õm tiết + er: Ex. Thick đ thicker, colder đ colder. + Với những tớnh từ 1 õm tiết cú cõu tạo: phụ õm + nguyờn õm + phụ õm thỡ ta gấp đụi phụ õm cuối rồi thờm er: Ex. Hot đ hotter, big đ bigger - Với những tớnh từ 2õm tiết cú tõn cựng là đuụi: –y, -er, -ow ,-le: thỡ ta them đuụi er: Ex. dirty, simple, clever, narrow đ Dirtier, simpler, cleverer, narrower + Cũn lại những tớnh từ 2 õm tiết khỏc ta thờm more đằng trước tớnh từ. - Với những tớnh từ 3 õm tiết trở lờn ta thờm more đằng trước: EX.
