When she got home that evening, she showed her husband the beautiful hat she had bought. 
“How did you pay for it?’ he asked. 
“ With the money you gave me on my birthday, of course”, she replied.

I’m sorry I haven’t written for such a long time but I’ve been very busy.
As you know, we bought a new house at the end of June.
It was in very bad condition and it needed a lot of work.
We have finished most of it now and it looks very nice.
Tung and I have decided to give a house-warming party on August 15th.
