PROOF THAT SILENCE IS GOLDEN FOR STUDY
The combination of music and study has long been a source of disagreement between adults and children. Parents and teachers alike maintain that silence is important when learning, (41) _____ youngsters insist that their favourite sounds help them concentrate.

I. PHẦN NHẬN THỨC CHUNG: 4,0 điểm.
	-Đổi mới quản lý và nâng cao chất lượng GD là yêu cầu cấp bách trong giai đoạn hiện nay nhằm nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo nguồn nhân lực có chất lượng đáp ứng yêu cầu đẩy mạnh CNH-HĐH, hội nhập quốc tế; Đây cũng là nhiệm vụ thường xuyên lâu dài. (Nêu một vài hạn chế của công tác quản lý và chất lượng GD hiện nay). (1,0 đ)
	-Với mỗi giáo viên ngoài việc hoàn thành tốt các nhiệm vụ theo chức năng nhiệm vụ, cần thường xuyên làm tốt một số công việc sau:
	+Thường xuyên tu dưỡng đạo đức, học tập nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn nghiệp vụ; thực hiện tốt cuộc vận động “Học tập và làm theo tấm gương đạo đức Hồ Chí Minh” với giải pháp cụ thể của Ngành là thực hiện “Mỗi thầy cô giáo là tấm gương đạo đức, tự học và sáng tạo”. (1,0 đ)
	+Thực hiện đổi mới PPDH, theo yêu cầu trong hai năm học bắt đầu từ năm học 2009-2010 chấm dứt việc dạy học chủ yếu qua lối “đọc – chép”; trong năm học mỗi giáo viên có ít nhất một đổi mới PPDH. Đẩy mạnh ứng dụng CNTT trong đổi mới PPDH, trong năm học mỗi giáo viên làm được ít nhất một bài giảng điện tử. (1,0 đ)
	+Thực hiện tốt việc đổi mới KTĐG; thực hiện đánh giá theo chuẩn kiến thức kỹ năng; đánh giá đúng chất lượng thực, khắc phục triệt để tình trạng học sinh ngồi nhầm lớp; thực hiện công khai chất lượng GD; đổi mới KTĐG thúc đẩy việc đổi mới PPDH và cách học của học sinh. (1,0 đ)
