	Tanni Grey Thompson is one of the fastest wheelchair racers in the world. She can’t use her legs, but she is the most  woman on wheels.
	Her best year was 2000 when she won four gold . in the International Paralympics Games, coming first in the 100 metre, 200 metre, 400 metre and 800 metre races. In that year, she was the  of six world records. In the UK , the BBC  her as one of three “ Sports People of the Year”, and The Times newspaper named her as “Sports Woman of the Year”.
